    • Utilizes computerized weighing system
    • Automates the dispensing of bulk raw materials
    • Bar coded information is used for all material inputs
    • Computer performs all calculations for weight and potency adjustments
    • HEPA-filtered weigh module workstations utilize PC interfaces, bar code scanners, and label printers
    • All information transferred to main database for efficient updating of the inventory

    Manufacturing

    • Production lots are scheduled using the InBatch program which schedules the appropriate equipment
    • InBatch ensures precise control of agitation speed, vacuum, heating, and cooling of the scrape surface mixer
    • Electronic batch record
    • 900- to 40000-liter batch sizes
    • Finished product held in a special staging area awaiting packaging

    Cleaning

    • All manufacturing tanks are cleaned in-place with a minimal amount of disassembly
