Does Pfizer CentreSource (PCS) sell the active ingredients used in Pfizer pharmaceutical products? |

With very few exceptions, the answer is no. The exceptions are made mainly for a few commodity steroids such as hydrocortisone and medroxyprogesterone, and the volumes are limited because we sell only "surplus" amounts. |

How soon will my order be shipped? |

Our Sales Coordinators for specific orders can provide this information. In general though, while some products are in stock we need about 2-3 months lead time for most orders. For a few products we are experiencing longer delivery times. Pfizer is building new capacity to improve this situation. |

What happens if I'm not happy with the quality of a shipment I receive? |

Call your PCS Sales Coordinator. He or she will notify one of our Technical Services Specialists who will guide you through the returned goods process. |

Our materials are produced in bulk and are packaged to order. We have minimum order quantities on our products. Please contact us for additional information. |
